Cancellation and Refund Policy

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the Congress Secretariat.

  • Before September 1, 2025: A full refund will be issued, minus a €100 handling fee.
  • After September 1, 2025: No refunds will be provided. However, participant substitutions are allowed.

If you have booked accommodation, either through us or independently, you must cancel it separately. The organizers are not responsible for any financial penalties incurred due to accommodation cancellations.

The organizers reserve the right to cancel the 15th Vienna International Workshop on FES and Pre-Conference Courses at any time. In such cases, you will receive a full refund of the registration fee. However, we are not responsible for any other expenses, including accommodation and travel costs.
